Affetto Shipping Policy
At Affetto, we are committed to delivering your wellness products with care, precision, and clear communication. The following policy outlines our shipping processes, estimated timelines, and customer responsibilities.
General Shipping Information
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Shipping Methods: We partner exclusively with reputable carriers for both standard and freight deliveries, ensuring your products arrive securely.
Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated Timelines: Delivery windows vary by product type, destination, and carrier. While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to supply chain challenges, carrier constraints, weather events, or other unforeseen factors outside of our control.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email for your convenience.
Please note: While Affetto will make every effort to assist with tracking and issue resolution, we cannot assume liability for delivery delays beyond our control.
Sauna Shipping Policy
Lead Time: Sauna orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on location, product specifications, and current inventory levels.
Delivery Method: All saunas ship via freight and require delivery access for a full-size 42-foot tractor-trailer semi-truck. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Affetto at the time of order if delivery access may be limited (for example, narrow roads, restricted areas, or locations without adequate space for turnarounds). Please be advised that liftgate service and other accessorial options are not guaranteed. If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to unreported access limitations, re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer.
White glove backyard or inside delivery may be available for an additional fee; please inquire prior to purchase if you are interested in these services; otherwise delivery is to your driveway.
Receiving Instructions: Customers must inspect all freight deliveries at the time of arrival and note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before accepting the shipment. Claims for shipping damage must be submitted to Affetto within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for resolution.
Special Considerations: Freight deliveries require clear access. Any additional fees incurred due to inaccessible delivery sites, missed appointments, or re-delivery requirements will be the customer’s responsibility.
Hydrotherapy Shipping Policy
A member of the Affetto customer care team will contact you via text and email to coordinate delivery scheduling.
Delivery Support: We arrange delivery of your hydrotherapy plunge or Tempest machine to your door. Please note that placement and installation are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Affetto takes every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
In the event your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours by contacting inquiries@affetto.life. Include your order number, photos of both the outer packaging and the product, and a brief description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with our warranty and return policies.
