Affetto Limited Warranty, Return & Fund Policy

At Affetto, we are committed to providing premium wellness products built with durability and precision. We stand behind every purchase with a limited warranty that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. 

Warranty Coverage 

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a product bought directly from www.affetto.life and begins on the date of delivery. 

Affetto offers the following warranty coverage: 

1. Wellness Technology 
Includes: Infrared PEMF Mats, Red Light Face Masks, Red Light Panels 

  • Coverage: 1-Year Limited Warranty 

  • Refund Policy: Wellness technology is not eligible for trial periods or change-of-mind refunds. All sales are final unless the product is defective under warranty terms. Wellness Technology refunds must be postmarked within 15 days of delivery and must be in like-new condition. Products returned damaged, unsanitary, or in an un-sellable condition may be refused and returned to sender. Restocking fees may apply for any approved exceptions and can range between $15 and $50 depending on the item. 

2. Hydrotherapy Machines 
Includes All Affetto Hydrotherapy Devices and the Tempest Hydrotherapy Chiller 

  • Coverage: 1-Year Limited Warranty 

  • Refund & Return Policy: Due to the size, customization, and nature of these products, Hydrotherapy Machines are not eligible for trial periods or change-of-mind refunds. All sales are final unless the product is defective under warranty terms. Restocking fees may apply for any approved exceptions and can range between $15 and $50 depending on the item. 

3. Saunas 

  • Coverage:

    • Affetto Saunas:2-Year Limited Warranty.

    • HUUM Sauna Heaters: 5-Year Limited Warranty (excluding heater elements) 

  • Refund & Return Policy: Saunas are considered large-format and built-to-order items. These products are not eligible for refunds or trial periods unless defective under warranty. Restocking fees may apply for any approved exceptions and can range between $15 and $500 depending on the item. 

 

What Does This Warranty Cover? 

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. 

If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Affetto will provide a full replacement of the product (or a comparable replacement if the original is no longer available), at no cost to you, subject to the terms below. 

Affetto does not perform repairs or supply replacement parts. Warranty claims require the return of the full product and all original components. This allows us to: 

  1. Diagnose the root cause of the issue 

  1. Confirm eligibility under warranty terms 

 

What Is Not Covered? 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper maintenance 

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations 

  • Accidental damage, abuse, theft, or loss of the product 

  • Improper installation or failure to follow product guidelines 

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality 

  • Returns that are incomplete or in unsafe, unsanitary, or heavily worn condition 

Products must be returned in like-new condition. Items that are unsanitary, dented, scratched, torn, or missing major components may be denied warranty service. 

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Your original order number and proof of purchase 

  • A detailed description of the issue 

  • Email address & phone number 

Upon approval, we will provide return instructions. The full product (with all components) must be returned for evaluation to:

Warranty Service Process 

Once received, our team will: 

  • Inspect and diagnose the product issue 

  • Confirm warranty eligibility 

If eligible, a new replacement unit (or comparable model) will be shipped to you at no cost, subject to stock availability. 

 

Troubleshooting Support 

If you are experiencing an issue with a product, please contact us at inquiries@affetto.life with your order details and a full description of the problem. We are happy to assist with troubleshooting before initiating a warranty claim. 

 

Restocking Fees 

Restocking fees may apply to returns that are approved outside of warranty coverage or during trial periods. These fees vary based on the item and can range from $15 to $500 depending on the product type, size, and condition. 

 

Shipping & Return Requirements 

  • Returns must be sent back in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit. 

  • You are responsible for retaining shipping tracking information to confirm delivery to Affetto. 

  • Affetto is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. 

 

Warranty Exclusions 

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage from misuse, mishandling, neglect, or unauthorized modifications 

  • Improper installation or lack of proper maintenance 

  • Accidental damage, loss, or theft 

Affetto reserves the right to deny warranty claims for items returned in unsafe or heavily worn condition. 

 

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affetto’s liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the product. Affetto shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
